Prices
- Prices shown on the website are starting prices, not final prices.
- The final price is set by area, number of pieces and condition, and you are told it before work starts.
- If the area or the request differs from what you stated, the price is revised by agreement with you before the start.
- Results from the website’s calculators are estimates.
Booking and appointments
- A request through the form is a request for contact; the appointment is confirmed after we reach you.
- An adult must be on site at the start of the work and at the review.
- If you want to change or cancel the appointment, tell us as early as you can.
The customer’s responsibilities
- Telling the team about delicate surfaces and fabrics and any existing damage.
- Putting valuables away before the team arrives.
- Following the after-service instructions: drying time, and airing after spraying.
Guarantee
Each service carries a guarantee with a set term; what it does and does not cover is on the service guarantee page.
The limits of what we promise
- Some old stains do not come out fully, and this is said before the start.
- Pest control in some cases needs a follow-up visit, which is part of the treatment.
- The website’s content is general guidance and does not replace an inspection of the case.
