Every Bareeq Clean service carries a guarantee with a set term, stated to you before the work. This page gives the terms, what the guarantee does and does not cover, and how to claim it.

What the guarantee covers
- A fault in the work: we redo the treatment at no cost.
- The same problem returning in the same place within the term.
- Labour and materials on the guarantee visit.
What it does not cover
- A new stain or damage after handover.
- A problem somewhere else: a different pest, or a leak in a second tank.
- A continuing outside source: damp from a neighbour, or pests from an untreated flat next door.
- Instructions not followed: a tank lid left open, or sitting on a sofa before it dries.
- Materials you supplied yourself.
How to claim the guarantee
- Message us by WhatsApp or the form, with your request number, a description and a photo if possible.
- We check the work record and that the case falls within the guarantee.
- We schedule the visit ahead of ordinary requests.
- We put it right at no cost.
